CRAON RACECOURSE  
The Hippodrome de la Touche is a racecourse situated in the North West of France at Craon. It is close to the river Oudon and held its inaugural meeting in 1848. The track has a circumference of 1281 metres with a run-in of 300 metres.
   The course hosts 3 Listed races annually, all in September. The Grand Prix de la Ville de Craon-Meyenne is run over 2400 metres for 3 year olds and upwards. The Criterium de l'Ouest is run over 1650 metres for 2 year olds. In 2013 Salai beat Stellar Path and Mi Vida, whilst in 2012 Alterite beat Oasis Cannes and Cassiopee.  
The Prix du Point du Jour is contested over 1650 metres for 3 year olds and upwards.
